Inclusive clubs for anyone with a disability or limiting long term illness.
NRG Inclusive Activity Club for 8 to 18 years old runs every Saturday and includes arts and crafts, music, dance, various sports, games and activities.
NRG Multi-Sports Activity Club for 18 years plus runs weekly at Lodge Park Sports Centre. A range of sports such as boccia, new age kurling, seated volleyball, table tennis, archery, fitness and games.
B-Active Family Project offers sessions for families to have fun together, play together and train together. Sessions include: Fun-ercise, Family circuits, family table tennis & Badminton.
No matter what your age or fitness level there a number of walks that take place each week ranging from a 15 minute walk to walks over 60 minutes in duration so get involved.
The standard football game where players must walk instead of run! Walking football is designed to help players get fit or maintain an active lifestyle for all ages, no matter what fitness level you are. It can also support players getting back into the sport who are in their later years.
