Upward Facing Dog

On our Group Exercise Timetable, you will notice red 'live streaming' icons. These icons indicate which of our group exercise classes are streamed directly from one of our studios, to you, at home, via Zoom.

These are perfect if you are unable to attend one of our leisure centres one day for instance. They are also designed so you need nothing other than maybe a mat some household items or hand-weights to take part.

These live streamed classes include programmes such as: Body Combat, Body Balance, Body Jam,  Yoga, Pilates, Body Blast, and even specialist programmes such as Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation.

We CAN-Move is an exercise referral programme designed specifically for adults (16 years+) who have been affected by cancer. The programme provides cancer patients with opportunities to be active including access to personalised exercise programmes delivered by experts in exercise and wellbeing.

Being physically active after a cancer diagnosis is linked to better cancer outcomes for many cancers, it can also help to improve post-operative outcomes and reduce the chance of cancer recurrence.
